No will be divisible by 6 if it is divisible by 2 and 3. Divide question in two case i) when last digit is digit is zero then total no 5*4*3*2*1*1 and ii) when last digit is not zero then such no are 4*4*3*2*1*2. So total no are 312.Hope it clears.
